What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  
• Oversee RBTs/paraprofessionals, providing coaching and support
  
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
  
• Lead parent training and collaboration
  
• Design curriculum and behavior plans based on assessments
  

What You’ll Need

• Required: Active BCBA certification
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  
• Passion for helping the autism community thrive
